Sambukina nature
The Spring narrative in the Garrotxa
Sambukina nature tells us about spring in the Garrotxa of the country houses and their paths, surrounded by Elderflowers that fill all the corners with their scent, a plant that has always had many uses, culinary, medicinal, ethnological… And it’s been very present.
Sambukina nature is a Sparkling Flower’s Beverage, born from the fermentation of a recipe of elderflowers, pale yellow with green notes, continuous and fine bubbles. Very nice in mouth: Fresh, and long floral. Good agreement between the scent and its flavor. In the nose: The scent of Elderflower with citrus notes stands out.

Sambukina storage and transportation:
Our stories are exceptional drinks, while delicate and fragile.
The sediments that can be seen come from the activity of the yeasts in the bottle and show that it has not been filtered into the processing process. The bottles must always be kept vertical, at a temperature of about 12ºC (maximum 14 ºC, minimum 11ºC) and not turmoiled. This way there will be no turbids and you will be able to enjoy Sambukina fully.
As a result of transport to your ce-llar, the sediments may have been re-suspended .If you find this inconvenient, let the bottle rest vertically for a period of three days to a week. Set it to cool the day before its consumption. The preferred temperature of service is indicated on the back of each label.
