Sambukina storage and transportation:
Our stories are exceptional drinks, while delicate and fragile.
The sediments that can be seen come from the activity of the yeasts in the bottle and show that it has not been filtered into the processing process. The bottles must always be kept vertical, at a temperature of about 12ºC (maximum 14 ºC, minimum 11ºC) and not turmoiled. This way there will be no turbids and you will be able to enjoy Sambukina fully.
As a result of transport to your ce-llar, the sediments may have been re-suspended .If you find this inconvenient, let the bottle rest vertically for a period of three days to a week. Set it to cool the day before its consumption. The preferred temperature of service is indicated on the back of each label.
